The Caboolture Health Care Alliance was launched in April 2016 and is a network of nine government and non government organisations who are committed to the values of Caring Together to improve the health of the Caboolture and surrounding communities. The Alliance is Chaired by Dr Lance Le Ray (A/ Executive Director Caboolture and Kilcoy Hospitals and Woodford Corrections Health). The Hospital is working with the Alliance and is keen to invite all those interested on 3 priority areas. These are young mums and families, vulnerable children and patients with Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease (COPD).
