C2C Project Governance

Overall governance of the project sits with MNHHS and an Executive Sponsor will be allocated prior to go live. Management of the project is the responsiblity of Project Lead, Donna Ward (Director of Allied Health and Service Partnerships, Caboolture Hospital).  Donna reports directly to the Executive Director of the Caboolture Hospital (Dr Lance Le Ray) and is a Member of the Caboolture Hospital Management Committee.

A Steering Committee for the project will be established prior to project commencement

A Reference Group will be established with email or web communication
 

A public forum will be held during the course of the project
